The holiday villa was absolutely stunning! From the moment we stepped in, we were blown away by how beautiful, comfortable, and clean it was. The attention to detail was mind-blowing, with high-quality bed linen and top-notch cooking equipment. The garden was a peaceful oasis, filled with mature trees and the most wonderful bird song. The cleanliness was impressive, and the welcome pack was filled with fab goodies. The location was perfect for a much-needed family break, with plenty of outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, and wind surfing nearby. The off-site car park made it super convenient for us. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the villa, as it was even bigger than it appeared in the photos. The towels and linen were not only of very good quality, but also beautifully sot and clean. We were thrilled with the thoughtful gesture of leaving us milk and a box of goodies. Lastly, we appreciated that pets were allowed, and the no-smoking policy ensured a fresh and clean environment. We can't wait to return soon!

Had a lovely stay at this cozy lodge. It was beautifully clean and well presented. the location couldn't have been better, with plenty of places to visit nearby. the beds were comfortable, and the large shower cubicles were a bonus.
Only minor issues here, like the limited space in the third bedroom and a noisy boiler. the dining table was a bit small for our liking, and seating for four in the living room was a tight squeeze.

The room at The Lodge At Gilmerton House was super comfy with a cozy seating area, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Having a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher made it so convenient to prepare and clean up our own meals. The private bathroom with a hairdryer was a nice touch, making it feel like a home away from home.
Personally, I found the lack of a bath or shower in the private bathroom a bit disappointing, but hey, that's just my preference.

The Lodge At Gilmerton House exceeded my expectations in many ways. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the welcome pack provided was a nice touch. The lodge itself was beautifully furnished and had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen/diner and living space were spacious and well-equipped with top-notch appliances. The three bedrooms were comfortable and had ample space. The location was perfect for those seeking a quiet and secluded getaway, surrounded by idyllic scenery. The spacious garden was a bonus, especially for children to play in. Communication with the host was excellent, and they even left us some lovely treats which were unexpected but greatly appreciated. I had a perfect stay at The Lodge At Gilmerton House and would highly recommend it to others.
While my stay was excellent, there were a few minor issues that could be improved upon. The double beds were uncomfortable and could benefit from higher quality mattresses and mattress toppers.
